We offer two reliable shipping methods to bring your gardening essentials to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Our Returns Promise

While we take every care to ensure your gardening tools and planters arrive in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Our returns policy is as straightforward as planting a perennial:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact
  • Original tags and accessories must be included for tools and equipment

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality for all our gardening community, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Live plants (including A-Z perennials, shrubs, bamboos & grasses, climbers, conifers, and outdoor plants)
  • Opened garden chemicals (such as garden paint & fence treatments)
  • Personalised items (like custom-cut garden trellis or screening)

Simple 4-Step Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our gardening enthusiasts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all accessories (especially important for cutting tools and digging tools). Ship to the provided address using a trackable service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days:

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new items immediately
  • For refunds: Please allow 5-10 business days for processing

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Processing times vary:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Original payment method: Refunds will appear in your account according to your bank’s processing times

Special Circumstances

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your garden essentials arrive damaged or incorrect (like receiving plastic pots instead of glazed planters), please contact us immediately with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
