What types of plants do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of outdoor plants including perennials, shrubs, bamboos, grasses, climbers, and conifers. Our selection is carefully curated to suit different gardening needs and preferences.
Do you sell gardening tools and accessories?
Yes! In addition to plants, we offer a range of gardening essentials including cutting tools, digging tools, garden hoses & reels, garden trellis & screening, and various types of pots & planters (eco-friendly, glazed, metal, and plastic).
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
We have plants suitable for all skill levels, from novice gardeners to experienced horticulturists. Many of our perennials and shrubs are particularly easy to care for. Don’t hesitate to contact us for recommendations based on your experience level.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or check out as a guest. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for payment.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders come with tracking information. For standard shipping via DHL or FedEx, you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. For free shipping via EMS, tracking information will also be provided.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, and we’ll send instructions to your registered email address to reset your password.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch:
– Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days (£12.95)
– Free Shipping (EMS for orders over £50): 15-25 business days
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, except to parts of Asia and some remote locations. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Our team carefully packages each plant with special care to protect roots and foliage. Tools are securely wrapped, and pots/planters are protected with eco-friendly padding. We recommend being available to receive live plant deliveries to give them the best start.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Is there a minimum order value?
There’s no minimum order value, but orders totaling £50 or more qualify for free shipping via EMS.
Are taxes included in the prices?
All prices on our website are shown in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes or customs duties that may be charged in your country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to arrange returns. Live plants must be returned in their original condition with adequate moisture for survival during transit.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending replacements or issuing a refund.
